Denim & Rose Air Max

I’m baaaack. Real talk, since my last post, I’ve gotten a new, bigger iPhone, AND I just discovered there’s an app for posting blogs with Squarespace. My computer spends most of the time dead these days since I’m at work and out all the time, so blog posts are always a to-do list item that I never get around to. Having this app will help a lot!

The winning prizes for this look have to go to my boyfriend’s amazing taste in sneakers, and my friend Victoria’s carefully curated creative project, Maren Forme, that you should absolutely follow on Instagram. She put me on to this Lauren Winter denim jacket, which is beautifully tailored (with pockets that fit my huge phone!) and made of organic cotton. I’m slowly endeavoring to leave fast fashion behind for more quality pieces that - while much pricier - are more environmentally friendly and better made than the cheap alternative. This piece is definitely a step in the right direction. And I’ll be stalking Maren Forme for more like it.
